They do it at a kiosk in Woodland mall right by Express and Foot Locker, near Sears. If you don't mind sitting in the mall while everyone walks past you in a chair getting threaded, get it done there.

At rivertown mall they now have a store so you do not have to sit in the middle of the mall and get it done.
