Default Thanks

Thanks for your input everyone! It's very helpful. I wanted to add that we're also looking at condos for rent. Are there any you would recommend in Grand Rapids or surrounding areas? Any complex/neighborhoods we should avoid?

Thanks again!

734 Griggs St SE Grand Rapids MI US
Seymour Square I guess. West of Eastern Ave.
Does Any one know if this is a good area? It is a really nice house, but I am just getting mixed reviews about good and bad areas. I do have children, 2 and 3 so no schools for a few years. My husband has a job opportunity in Grand Rapids so we will be relocating. THank you!

Try Kentwood or Cascade. We have a condo in Kentwood and we love it. Prices are great right now. EGR is not that great. It is the "rich" and "tready" part of GR and it is only a few blocks big. Try Kentwood, Wyoming, Grandville, Cascade. Places like that.
