Steve Buscemi, the actor, was a NYC firefighter. He is 5'9 and weighs 158lbs soaking wet. Less when he was younger. Do you really think he could carry a 200lb man out of a burning building? No and that was never the requirement even for fireMEN.
They typically have to carry EQUIPMENT weighing 50lbs and drag a 200lb mannequin. I am a woman with similar body characteristics as yours, and can drag (and have) adults out of harms weigh but I think you should make sure that if a woman EMT, fireMAN, or so on ever comes to your rescue that they should wait for a man and not help you because "stupid propaganda".
There are 150lb power lifters that can squat and deadlift over 500 lbs. Why is it a crazy thought that a 150lb firefighter couldn't carry a 200lb man? The "Fireman's Carry" in particular was designed to use leverage and weight distribution so people can carry a much heavier person for a long distance
I had a professor in college in the late 90s who was a rampant commie/socialist. I sat through his lectures and got and A in his class and didn't turn into a commie. But he did teach me to think for myself
I'm sure most of us whether right or left experienced some form of this. I previously mentioned the marine biology professor at my community college alma mater's graduation saying "We had to spread the word about climate change and people will listen. Now don't get me wrong, I try to be green BUT I won't win people over that climate change is real. Seriously, look at the Congressional representatives who bring snowballs onto the floor of their legislative body saying it don't exist. I'm too pragmatic to be anything but a liberal leaning moderate.

(3rd paragraph).........." out of harms weigh ".....?
From what I noticed, even in college, PARENTS indoctrinate kids way more than professors and teachers allegedly do.
That's a parental right. Parents, through their property taxes and tuition aren't voluntarily payment teachers and professors to assume parental prerogatives. When they get the time, energy and focus to teach their topics and appropriate interpersonal behavior towards other students, and still have time left over, maybe then we can think about letting them set the political or religious views of students.
OK what about books like "To Kill a Mockingbird" that talks about racism. You can't white-wash that classic away because you can't talk about an issue starring you right in the face. As I said, the only times I really noticed indoctrination was in college but luckily I was in business school so I wouldn't be subjected to super-liberal professors...
In a college level class that uses the "kinda" classics that tie in to "the political/racial undercurrent of today"? And students know what they are signing up for?
Sure.
As long as the teacher or professor isn't going to give Cs to those he/she doesn't politically agree with.
But....not in a HS or MS English class.
Keep it all in the time-frame of when the book was written.
I took a "Something and Poetry" class as an English elective in HS. The teacher and I went head to head at one point b/c she didn't like my interpretations of the very obscure poems written by very obscure "poets" and I didn't let her get away with "well, this is how I see it and others have as well, so you lose".
Then don't ask for student interpretations (for a grade) if there is a "right way" to "interpret" and points are going to be taken off for lack of "coming to the same conclusion/like thinking".
Tell me what I need to think/write/ interpret "correctly" so I can get an A in an elective I wish I never took.

I could never respect those who could and would give C's for disagreements in views. I have no respect for professors that want reguritation and nothing that can challenge views. IMHO, college courses are supposed to challenge students thinking and even the professor due to the nature of research and support to a particular stance.
That said I think that To Kill a Mockingbird is a book that needs to be read in high school. It isn't too political that there is a problem with it, it's more to me Song of the South views on racism. Let's face it, it can be viewed as super-political if you are to press the issue of Mayella Ewell "allgeding" a disable black man touched her being like claiming the blacks getting shot by police deserving it, you can but on the surface (like how I was taught it) and when I was taught the idea with this story, it wasn't.
Your Mom should have told you that no firefighter should attempt to carry a 200-pound person out of a burning building unassisted. That is a recipe for disaster.
Meanwhile, gender-specific labels are often demeaning, even if not in the minds of those who use them. Seeking to blame a reader or listener is simply trying to shift an onus that belongs 100% on the author or speaker. Many need to mend their ways.

Great; why don't we get rid of the "Gender-Specific physical requirements" for our first responders!
Every one takes the same test; male or female (oops; there I go being gender-specific again ...)
...Oh wait; we already tried something similar to that where I live & it ended badly ...
Yes because unlike the New York state troopers shooting over the car with a rifle, the test in question has little to no baring on the on-duty part of the job. This is like the whole fire fighters holding their arms out for five minutes being a part of the job testing over the carries, equipment or drags...
