Doesn't need to be all of them, of course. Your angry words are not backed by reason. It's either wishful thinking or active malice towards a reluctant host culture that drives your thinking.

Not exclusively leftist. Lots of globalist influence to be sure. The left acts as the most vocal and frantic voices on the ground demanding our culture's acceptance of the policies behind it.

You, speaking of reason? really? Illogical fear must be reason in your mind.

And you only represent half of this host culture.

Default Pakistan/India is a concern

Are those technologies pre-industrial?

Certainly you understand that many of the technologies you are using as we speak...right now...are products of Pakistanis (brought to USA though HB-1 visas). Is Silicon Valley able to train cave people in a few months to produce google algorithms and design the interior of Apple Computer chips? Amazing!
Yah. Pakistan (or @ least ISI) has nuclear weapons, their home-grown variants are largely the result of work by Dr. Khan, the father of the Paki nuke - as I recall, he borrowed centrifuge U-enrichment tech from Europe (Berne?) while working for them. He tweaked the designs, made them more efficient, I believe. & transferred them to Pakistan. The missiles are home-engineered & possibly reverse-engineered copies & improvements of N. Korean (?) weapons, which they got from Chicomm copies of USSR weapons, or possibly USSR weapons directly - I'd have to look. These are up-engineered Scuds, as I recall, & they have problems.

NESCOM is a likely front for ISI weapons development/tech/procurement. In Pakistan, the military works, & ISI is the military's intel agency (or ISI is the brains & the military is the muscle - depends on who you ask). In any event, yes, in Pakistan, the military is functional, & ISI has a finger in every pie. The real money in the demand economy in Paki benefits the military first. The general staff lives quite well, & so do selected people like high government officials & Dr. Khan. Pakistan hasn't had much luck with Islamic economy, education, banking, & so on. Plus they're locked into a military/political stand-off with India - since partition in 1947. There's a real concern with PM (?) Modi's ascension in India in the last couple of years - that the heated rhetoric between Pakistan & India may turn into a shooting war again - the third one? Fourth one? Pakistan has lost each one, & good-sized bites of their country - E. Pakistan (now Bangladesh, now independent). Fortunatey, India is currently preoccupied with their monetary/financial crisis of the moment - but that will pass, in time.

Yah, Paki/ISI has done well with Dr. Khan - he's been punished by in-house confinement - a nice house & compound, with his family, I think. He's not suffering, in any event. He's adulated by ISI, military, government & the people there. & Paki/ISI does a nice business, cash & carry for nukes, & maybe engineering/support/troubleshooting with the tech side.

Yes, Pakistan has done well in nuclear weapons & upgrading the Scud design & building their versions. A pity they can't apply the same vigor to the rest of the economy & country - I suppose national defense does have priority - but they'd do much better much faster to build up universal public education, health care, telecoms, clean water, sewer, transportation infrastructure, power, transparency in government, law, land reform, etc. They're running into real hydrologic problems, the snow pack in the mountains isn't what it used to be, & there's increasing friction over the allocation of water between Pakistan & India. Did I leave anything out?

A lot of this does come from Europe, where the migrant issue has become so divisive that heads of state are rolling due to it -- Cameron, Renzi, Hollande, and Merkel will be next.

Americans are not stupid. They see what is happening across the pond. New Years Eve in Cologne, and the police were forbidden to allow the use of the word "rape" in their reports. Q: When is a rape not a rape? A: When it is done by a refugee on New Years Eve in Cologne. But wait -- don't the protesters call them "rapeugees"?

What is more important to the left -- women's rights, gay rights, or fighting xenophobia? Because you can't have all three. The Islamists stone women to death, practice female genital mutilation, and deny them basic education and rights that all western countries now grant them. Islamists will kill gay people, and have done so right here in the US, in Florida.

Do they all do this? No. But enough of the refugees believe in Sharia Law that we need to look more closely at the types of societies they are coming from, without being shouted at as "Xenophobes!" by the very people who supposedly stand for women's rights and gay rights.

Because after all, rape is rape, and we don't need any more of it.

Actually you can believe in all three. Again there's no evidence to support that these Islamic immigrants entering this country are rapists. Just paranoia that they are more likely to rape. The truth is this argument is not about combatting sexual assault in general. I mean if those on the right really cared about rape they would be quick to address it if was done by citizen and immigrant alike.

"We don't need anymore rape", we don't need rape period. And the majority of rape in this country is still being committed by non-muslim Americans.

But that's in Europe. It doesn't have anything to do with the US. I lived in a neighborhood heavily populated by Islamic immigrants. The mosque was 2 blocks from my house. They were normal people. No issues. Why are some posters trying to drag the US into Europe's issues? I don't get it.

Funny how no one has ever actuually taken advantage of that alleged opportunity. No one claims that "all muslims and immigrants are rapists". No one. Ever.

If that is so then why make a thread like this? If someone is against rape then it really shouldn't matter who the perpetrator is.

Exactly. The OP still hasn't answered questions re: where he's getting this, where he's coming from with this. It's a mystery.
