The figure includes castles, palaces, other stately homes (mansions) etc and most major European countries have a lot of these including Germany, and the same is true of bakeries and other local shops, which can be found throughout Europe. Whilst I like Germany, this is not unique to Germany.

1. It's not up to Great Debates standards as being worthy of a discussion, it isn't a debatable issue, no one cares that there are more X than Y in a country.
