Yes. Things that kill you before you are old enough to get cancer. There are lots of those. If there were no other causes of death, everyone would get cancer sooner or later.
Cancer is simply a mutated cell. Our bodies create and destroy thousands of mutated cells every day. It’s the ones that mutate to quickly for our bodies to discard that get us. IMO, to be cancer free we would need to stop cell reproduction.(I don't think we want to do that)
Look at it this way: if there isn't anything that doesn't cause cancer, then cancer is inevitable. So there's no need to worry...it's on the way, eventually!
sorry but sexual transmission of human papillovirus results in most cases of cervical cancers and is now being blamed for the huge increase in mouth/throat cancers, not to mention anal cancer.
