Perhaps Homeland Security could benefit from having a 'staff' of truck drivers on their payroll. It would give a whole new meaning to "highway watch" and these truck drivers would benefit from knowing they are keeping America's highways safe while making a few extra bucks.

Providing the drivers are LEGAL citizens and they aren't running drugs or human trafficking. Providing they have a valid driver's license.

Nope. There are truck stops that are notorious for prostitution. Prostitution is illegal in almost all of the US. There are truck drivers that pay for prostitutes. That is against the law.
