Are there Green Products on the market that can sanitize as effectively as Industry Cleaners that contain chlorine and ammonia?

Agreed.

For sanitizing, sodium hypochlorite (bleach) is excellent.

For solvents, don't all you jump on me, but TCE, xylene, propanol, toluene etc have their rightful places. They just need to be properly used.
