No you haven't but here, this is actually relevant to air quality. What you posted was related to carcinogenicity exposure, which is largely irrelevant.
... the exposure level to the population is so low this is the only method they can use to compile those numbers. In other words no one is going to have died from a coal plant on their death certificate. Air pollution may be a contributing factor to their death but weighted against things like lifestyle it's a very small factor.
We are all exposed to hundreds of 'deadly' factors everyday: pesticides, herbicides, toxins, radiation, liberals, smoking and occasional terrorist bombings.
Just like honeybees our bodies are fighting dozens of different vectors that are all trying to kill us.

Almost 30,000,000 Americans live within 24 miles of nuclear reactors yet there has been no concrete conclusive evidence over the last four decades that any American has been diagnosed with radiation poisoning....
If nuclear power were such a major health hazard why doesn't the health statistics reflect that?
More Americans have died in automobile crashes then would ever be killed in a nuclear accident, where are the automobile phobics decrying this extremely deadly mode of travel?
I have friends who worked in the cooling pools of nuclear plants..... most of them dead from exposure to the poisons associated with the reactors and you will never here about it nor will it be in any accident / death reports of power plants .
Working in or living around these plants are like living in a flood prone area , it is not a matter of 'if' but WHEN you or your family is in danger .
Also when you work in ANY power plant , you are told NOT to even wash your work clothes in the family washing machine because of various contaminates that may be in them . More than a few family members of power plant workers have died this way including children , ie., asbestosis , mesothelioma , etc. .
Remember , poisons can get into your body by inhaling , skin absorption , radiation , swallowing or puncture .
