I don't see why not, OP. It's perfectly doable, if a little inconvenient, to catch warm-up water from a shower and use it to flush a toilet. I've seen recent examples on-line of Californians, who are definitely in conservation mode right now, who have unhooked the plumbing under their bathroom sinks to capture the water from hand-washing for flushing, too. As for permanent grey water redirection, I haven't investigated it as an option, but I can only assume it's been done and someone has posted instructions on the web somewhere.
