I prefer using supernatural energy rather than natural energy.

It functioned properly for me just now. Maybe try again?

It is a panoramic view of a couple dozen windmills ripped apart by the recent hurricane in Puerto Rico.

All engineering solutions involve trade-offs among conflicting factors: strength vs cost of materials, for instance. Or strength vs energy transfer: a mill blade & bearing heavy enough to stand 200mph winds wouldn't turn in 30mph conditions.

If the worrisome condition were, say, earthquakes in CA, well, very serious ones are rare enough that we could take our chances and go ahead and build windmills. But sever hurricanes in the Caribbean occur on an almost yearly basis. How smart is it to build them there?
