There front page shows a Heat Recovery Air Exchanger.
I have looked at them and we have had engineers in our home to give me a quote for installation.
The unit itself if you shop around can be purchased for $3,000.
they require a set of fans and air ducts to move air where you want it.
They do not provide heating, nor cooling, ever.
They move interior air -> out, and outside air -> inside, as they pass each other they 'share' it each's temperatures.
The small volume units use the same tech and the same methods as the bigger ones. When I asked how the bigger ones suddenly become so efficient? I was told that it is in the high volume of air, in fact they are not efficient in the slightest.
Many states now require that all new modular homes being built 'tight' must have one installed. In a forum with new home owners, many are finding that running their is expensive and between going with theirs turned off, verses with it on, there is no noticible difference in heating or cooling. Except that the units do consume power.
Ground source heat pump driven by electricity provided by a nuclar power plant. Most heating/cooling for the power consumed and a green (no CO2 or soot) source of electricity.

yea but you have to build the power plant, pour cement etc etc. all of that creates CO2.
The OP is more of a fraud then the product he is selling. Just look at his posts and how many times he posts this same exact post. In fact he is selling all kinds of products cleverly disquised as legit posts.
Then why post such an obvious peice of junk and claim it to be something else?
