Went to the whole foods in Ridgewood, NJ. Now I got lunch , sat down and grabbed a few packets of ketchup that they have and sure enough, HFCS!!! Now I was kind of mad. I mean that is just adding sheer sugar right into your veins much less not too healthy. So I went to the counter and told the women and she said we know, its just too expensive to put out a bottle of our ketchup!!! Well they should have a sign then. I assumed that everything in the store was free of bad stuff!!!! What a joke. This store is going way down hill!!!!

Why don't you drop a note or make a phone call to the manager and Whole Paycheck's corporate HQ about your experience?

I'd be upset as well. But then, WF lost me a few years back when they wanted to charge $4 for the same package of sprouts the dollar store was selling for... oh I don't know... a DOLLAR!

Yup yup yuppie.

Supposedly they're trying to get rid of HFCS-containing products. I just interviewed for a position with them and the manager mentioned it to me. Apparently they stopped selling Ben and Jerry's Cherry Garcia cos it had HFCS.

Dunno if it's being implemented nationwide or if it's some regional test or something.

Whatever made you think there isn't anything in Whole Foods that is bad for you??? There are all sorts of things they sell that are horrible dietary choices.

what kind of ketchup did they use? like what is heinz or whatever?

i know a few thingsin the store have HFCS, but not many. orangina (the drink) has it too.

also watch out for the frozen organic veggies imported from China. ...if you like to avoid consuming Chinese things.
