I need some advice on a place to donate some toys. My kids recently cleared out their closets after Christmas and I am looking for a place in the Triad to donate the toys where they will go to good use. Most of the toys are educational toys that the kids have just outgrown. I was looking for someplace that could use them instead of just dropping them off at Goodwill. Please let me know if you have any suggestions.

You could try calling some of the local schools/daycares so if they've got an interest. I've also seen posts to FreeCycle where the poster asks people to tell you how they're going to be used and chooses based on responses, instead of fastest reply. Another option would be donating to a woman's shelter, etc. that gives items to those in need.
