I just graduated from NCSU and moved to greensboro. I am from Raleigh and grew up skiing on falls lake and lake gaston. I enjoy doing all types of water sports (slalom, wakeboard, barefoot, and the best... tubing). I usually use my parents boat but now that I have moved I do not have a boat.
Anyone go out around the greensboro area (within an hour) during the week (after 5) or weekend? I do have wetsuits so willling to go out any time of the year. I would be be willing to pitch in on gas and anything else. I have a my own equipment I can bring (barefoot boom too). I enjoy teaching as well so if you want to learn anything I will gladly give tips/ show you.

Hi Mitch,
I'm a water skier as well and will be moving to the Winston-Salem area, and will be wanting to get out on the water. Unfortunately, I am in the same boat as you...equipment but no boat. Let's stay in touch as hopefully one or both of us with find some H20 buddies.

Anyone go out on the lake during the week within 45 minutes of greensboro? I would be willing to pay, drive, clean, teach, bring my equip, whatever... I enjoy all water sports (any type of skiing, wakeboarding, etc). Let me know if you have room for another person.
