Would you rent a house if in the living room there was a section of the floor that was uneven. Evidently they added on to the room and the floor has a nice hill sort to speak. It is an old house but, I don't know. The rent is 700 for 3bd/1bth.

That's a low rent. It depends on other houses you compare it to and what's important to you.

unless you are elderly or have an unstable toddler ...
there are things you learn to live with in an older home.

that's just the way it is.

It is a good price, & houses are hard to come by in kville, but the bump is major, plus carpet not new, but doable and the 3rd bedroom is very, very small.
But I may be too too picky.
Don't want to lose out on a good deal.

Another thing is I would be living next to people who got confederate flags everywhere and I am black.

LOL...I am picky though. I can't help it. I am not that picky though, because I am willing to let other things slide as far as the house, I am just leary of the floor and will it be a bother to me.

I don't know if I would want to live next to people with confederate flags and I am white... take that as you want.

Yeah...But should I let that(flag & ignorant people) stop me from living my life. IDK. But I do have issues with it.

As for the house, I think I am gonna opt out...It is just so hard to find a house here for that price. But come to find out it has gas heat and that will mean a high gas bill in addition to an electric bill, not to mention the house next door with the flag.

So my issues are wayyy more than the uneven floors.
