YouTube - ‪Moron of the Month This Guy Don't Know How to Run the Railroad Crossing in Greensboro NC. 6/23/2011‬‏

Haha, was it really that important that he had try to beat the train? He was lucky it was not a fast Amtrak train...

Aren't "fast" and "Amtrak" mutually-exclusive?

I was crossing those tracks when the warning signal came on and the a**hole in front of me stopped leaving my ass hanging right where that pick-up stopped. I started blowing the horn and the idiot shook his fist at me in his mirror.
Fortunately is was a false alarm.

So we'll nominate him to the moron of the month for August.

My first time ever in NC was in Mooresville for racing stuffs. I'd never seen signs before that said not to stop on the tracks. I grew up with heavily used tracks behind my house. That was just common sense. Human 0. Train 1. I'm always amazed at how many people I see sit on the tracks and by the number of times I've been honked at because I left a gap. Thanks, but umm yeah I don't want to be squished like a bug!
