Timco Aviation Services says it plans to move its manufacturing operations from Piedmont Triad International Airport near Greensboro to its campus in Wallburg. It also says it will add 50 jobs at each location by the end of the year.

A little. Look at that intersection and what is around it. If the highway would have went though there. They would have been taking some property. The route they took, may now be next door. But, they are not taking anything. More growth for all.
Wallburg has gone from a Hamlet to a little city and soon to be a big Suburb.
Not so sure. They are still a roadside to me. Growth in Forsyth seems more toward the K-ville side. Cat plant may change that but, not till a lot of industrial fill-in takes place. Still a lot of open farm land for housing around I-40 & Old 311. If Dell was still a factor and Fed-x Ground would have built around there instead of near Colfax/Bus 40 area. Maybe.
Timco Aviation Services showed off its new Aerospace Division plant Monday in Wallburg, where it eventually will employ about 500 making aircraft seats and other components that go inside aircraft. About 140 work now in the former Tyco Electronics plant.
