Not sure about GSO and HP, but in Winston Salem, it usually ranges from $120-$180/wk. At least at the places we looked at. What type of setting/facility are you looking for(chain vs independent vs religious institution)?

I looked at places around Wendover/68 area and it was around 170-225 a week. You can probably find some that are cheaper, but the quality of the service you will get might not make it worth it.
