Anybody knows about housing market in Clemmons area? (sale, to rent)

I moved to DC from Clemmons in late 2007. My house won't sell and I have to rent it. It has been almost five years. Does anybody know if the market is getting a little better for me to sell the house? The house was purchased in the peak 2006 for $305K. I am willing to sell low but did not have luck in the previous years.

That's great... but what does your lender have to say about it?
How low will they go (if at all) beyond your balance & sale expenses?

Houses sell every day. The only question is at what price point.
