Want to buy a prefab shed in the Winston Salem area (Lowes, best deal)

Would anyone be able to give me some suggestions as to where I can find a place in the WS area that has prefab sheds. I'm looking at an 8 x 12 shed, building permit included (if needed) & assembled at my location?

Look at the nearest Lowes. I picked one up and installed it on a weekend. It was pre-cut with easy directions. I had looked on-line at plans and looked at some sites which sold pre-fab ones and found Lowes to be the best deal. They did have a build it on site option.
