RN who will be working at above hospital from 11 June 2012 through 29 Sept 2012. Checked craigslist. Checked Marriot extended living $2200/mth - no thank you. Looking for a nice, clean place to stay either alone or with roommates. I am striking out. By myself and have two little conures that don't make a mess except for the occasional seed flinging. Willing to pay up to $1000/mth, but I hate green or dark blue carpeting, the smoke from cigarettes, that type of thing. I don't party, just need a furnished place to call home. Have impeccable refs/ credit/ income. Can provide a big deposit. Any idea where to look? My traveling company will put me up in a Holiday Inn but won't take the pets (boo) and the next nearest place is 20 miles from work which in my opinion is too far to commute. Maybe if the place is really nice I will commute.

If my remodeling was farther along I'd maybe rent you a room...
but I'm not ready and frankly few people (including me) will want a short term tenant.

You need someone who has a room available and will do this ONLY because it's short term.
And your best bet is going to be with someone from inside the hospital.
Contact the HR people who frankly should have anticipated this need and had a couple of choices for you.

Try this place it is 8 minutes away from WFUBMC, easy access to Hanes Mall, Target, and restaurants. Nice amenities.
