I am looking at two rental houses on Normandy Rd in Greensboro. Lawndale Homes Neighborhood right off Pisgah Church Road near Lawndale. Can anyone tell me about this neighborhood? Is it safe? Trulia showed it was in a 'green' (low crime) area but right across the street at YesterOaks apts was a high crime area.
One of the houses I'm looking at is about the second one on the street and you can just about see Pisgah Church from the backyard. The other house is further down the road nearer Joyner Elementary.
Any info would be appreciated.
