I am an investor and am looking at properties in the 27406 zip code, mainly off of Randleman Road in the Foxcroft development.

Interested in hearing from investors and renters to learn what rent values in this area.

Thank you for the links, I should have mentioned that the 27406 zip code is Greensboro. I had previously looked at Craig's list but not finding much info decided to post here.

Hope others will chime in.

Yeah... I realized that afterward (I have the WS page bookmarked)
But you figured out what to do.

I'm not a LL down now but if I was I'd join here

That is a pretty big zip code, it covers low-income sections of south Greensboro, all the way out to Forest Oaks. Probably quite a range of rents, especially since so much of the zip is outside the city limits .

I am interested in area of Randleman road south of highway 85 between A*hcroft Rd. and Foxridge Rd.

Seems this program will not let me spell out the entire name of the first road.
