I'm relocating from Charlotte, but I am originally from GA. So I don't know much about Greensboro at all. Just that is it more affordable to live and the waterpark is up there. I work from home, so I don't need to worry about a commute. I do have two school aged children though, and we need more space. So I have been looking for townhomes to rent and I think I have found some nice looking ones. I am going to list the ones I want to check out on my trip up there. If you know anything about them, good or bad please let me know. Also any recommendations are welcome.

Villages of Nantucket

Park Place

Westborough

What I am looking for: Safe neighborhood, good schools, a town home or apartment with no one above or below us since I have little feet that like to make noise. 3 bedrooms strongly preferred, but I will take a 2 bedroom. Price range $600- $750 and pet-friendly, we don't have a dog but we are getting one this year.

Thanks for any advice given.

Got streets or neighbohoods? I don't feel like searching for these.

All the above meet your criteria. You can use the School Finder at GCS Online to do more research on the schools. I used it for the locations you listed and they seem to be alright.

Westborough is in a decent neighborhood with Guilford College nearby, some restaurants & grocery as long as you don't mind being adjacent to a busy thoroughfare.

I know the neighborhood, it's quiet and peaceful. Ideal for raising children.
