Can anyone tell me, if this website with an MLS search map is accurate and up to date?
Listing Search Form - Search for Real Estate Properties = (For Triad)
I would love to find out how often it is updated and if it is pulling listing quickly from the actual MLS as soon as they hit the market.
Is this site good, or is there a better one around? I really love and need the map feature to give me a better idea of where the homes are located, etc. I would like to be able to see homes as soon as possible after they are listed.

First as a moderator I like this site with real estate listings, I love the map
It passes CD test since it doesnt go to a specific realtor.
I chose two at random listings and both had todays date as last time it was updated.
However Now I only chose one and it had same listing 20k less on homes.com
I almost want to think they get there info from zillow and that site is always high .
I liked that site as it also gives neighboring comps.
Again I like that site because of the map but i yoy see a home your interested in pop it in google.
