downtown Greensboro is getting a new 3 story corporate headquarters building. Office construction in downtown Greensboro is a rarity these days so this is good news for the center-city. The building will help change the face of that entire block which has unattractive one and two story buildings from the 60s/70s era.

The center glass part of the rendering reminds me of a tower in downtown Charlotte.

That is an unattractive building on that lot.
