Asian Indian Community in Winston Salem, Greensboro NC (High Point, Kernersville: apartments, to rent)

Planning to move to Winston Salem NC(work location) , Kernersville NC or Greensboro NC Tiad regions
Have 2 kids (ready to start elementary schools)
Looking for a sugesttion for a better family housing community to rent (single family/ townhomes or apartments is ok ) with in lowcrime, good school zones appreciate any sugessions.
Is there any concentrated asian communities in Triad region.

No Price restrictions/ commute should not be too long (20-30 mins should be fine)

I am not sure about a "concentrated" region, but I just moved from Winston Salem and there is definitely a more active Asian community in Greensboro. Both Cambodian and Burmese New Years festivals are held annually in nearby High Point.
