Could this be site of high rise residential tower? From the City of Winston-Salem website:
Summary of Information:
The City has been approached by two developers who have expressed interest in purchasing the

SkyHouse is a 25 floor apartment building by Novare. They're really fast and really cheap to build. Charlotte will have 2, Raleigh 1, Atlanta 4, Houston 3, Denver, Austin, Tampa, Dallas has a couple, etc.
They all have the same plans, same name ( SkyHouse + City/Neighborhood), etc. it's a low cost structure and it is built really fast.
It's be nice to see both Winston & Greensboro get a new addition to the skyline.
Also, Skyhouse has good retail spaces. So far, our Skyhouse is confirmed to have a full sized Publix & a veterinarian office. There is a lot more retail space so I hope it's more stuff for locals like veterinarians office.
It's like the Wal-Mart of residential highrises; same exact plan in different cities. Meh.
Oh it's not that bad...it's an addition to both street level and skyline, so it's better than nothing. The apartments are actually pretty nice, and the building isn't bad it's just the basically the same every time. One by itself won't be as noticeable.
