I assume you are referring to Mosaic Law that was given to the Israelite nation in the Book of Deuteronomy. If you take the time to read the New Testament, the Acts of the Apostles in particular, you will find that God declared all foods clean to the Apostle Peter with the stipulation that it was eaten with thanksgiving to the Lord.

It's Leviticus. And you're referring to Mark, I believe.
