Why waste your time in this forum when you could be packing? There’s no need trying to convince you there is something worthwhile doing here. Life as all about attitude, and there is the strongest possibility you’ll re-meet unhappiness elsewhere.

LOL this post aged well!

Winston-Salem safest city in NC

I have. I post on there. You think that group (or this one) is indicative of the city as a whole?

Between there and here, there are maybe, what, 25-30 actual WS residents on these forums?

Throw in Twitter and Reddit and you're maybe up to an even hundred.

The internet isn't real life.

I’m sorry but I’m confused by this reply.

Can you elaborate?

There are going to be some that like where they live, love it, dislike it, or hate it. Yeah, I hate Winston-Salem. I always have, at least since my teens. I've lived other places that I have actually liked better: Charlotte, London (UK)...or hated more: Durham, and some hellhole in Kentucky. If you like this city, fine. I'm glad for you. But don't get your knockers in a wad because others don't. Oh, and if it's anyone on CD's biz, I'm getting the heck out next year. January. You can maybe buy my house out here in the sticks and get with the local rednecks on the weekend to shoot your guns. LOL.
