Internet Service in Oak Ridge (utilities, best, fastest)

I am getting utilities set up and would like to know who is the fastest and best internet provider in the Oak Ridge area?

I already saw the avoid time warner warning and know northstate doesn't have service in my area. I think my choices are spectrum and century link but not 100% on that. Thanks everyone!

Spectrum and Time Warner are the same. They are probably your best bet, despite their drawbacks. You can check and see if AT&T Uverse is available in your area.
