Um, the title of the thread is: "Greensboro and Winston-Salem rank among the most charming cities in the south." It highlights a CNN travel story about "our 15 favorite Southern cities flying under the radar", and Greensboro and Winston-Salem's inclusion on that list. It has nothing to do with highway improvements.
