Thats too bad, but I am not the least bit surprised. I'm sure our lawmakers were unwillingly to play ball with them.

We need a change in Raleigh!!!!!

That might have been our last shot at an auto plant. Time to start planning on something else to do with that land.

It's like the chicken and the egg, NC didn't get the Toyota/Mazda plant because they don't have the supply chain logistics for car manufacturing, but they don't have those car part manufacturing companies because they don't have a car assembly plant!

Ya just can't win!

I realize all this who's in, who's out came supposedly from leaks, but I don't get how NC could even make it all the way to the Final 2, without the supply chain logistics to begin with? It's not like all of a sudden it's some sort of surprise there are no car part manufacturing companies in NC like they have in other states, did Toyota/Mazda just realize that? If the reason they gave is the "true reason", NC should have been one of the first states out of the race, not the runner-up.

The decision making committee probably couldn't locate the Central North Carolina International Airport!

Maybe Alabama gave them $1 Billion or $2 Billion or more in tax breaks/incentives?
