Not sure receptionist, assembly jobs, janitors, maintenance, etc. in distribution facilities in any city pay $45K. I know that sounds exciting to some, but this is most likely an average, and not a minimum.

It's definitely an average. Still...over 1000 jobs where the regular warehouse worker probably makes about 30-35k a year, there has to be a good number that are in the 50s and 60s to bring the average to 45.

Those wages, even for the warehouse jobs, look to be better for the area than what Amazon wages will be for the workers at the Kernersville distribution center.
