Still not bad. $45k is slightly below average for Guilford County, but still above average for North Carolina. And in an era where people are clamoring for a $15/hr minimum wage and some people claim that's wholly unrealistic, $45k/yr equates to right around $21.50/hr.
So yeah, even as an average, these are potentially some solid job prospects for non-college-grads.
The only downside I see is the timeline. Some of these jobs are still seven years off:

One article specifically said minimum. And yes, I checked the wording multiple times because $45k for a distribution center struck me as highly unusual.
