Greensboro is now 5th in the nation for rental rate percentage spikes, currently, the amount of demand far outweighs the supply when it comes to rental properties which have caused the overall housing/rental market to spike upwards.
At the moment, several dozens of new large scale apartment developments are under construction, however the city seems to be struggling with it’s new found growth.
