Possible new job located in Lewisville. Would be needing a nice,safe rental within a 15 minute drive.
Only need a 1 bedroom. Prefer something newer or remodeled with a fitness center. $1200 is my max. for a monthly payment.
Will consider duplex’s, condo’s, apartments.
Coming from out of state so probably won’t get a chance to see any places in person before deciding.
The only place that turns up is The Pointe at Robinhood Village in Winston-Salem. It has a fitness center and pool, and is about a 7 minute drive from Lewisville.
I don't know anything about specific apartment complexes, but you should look at apartments in the vicinity of Lewisville-Clemmons Rd, S. Peacehaven Rd, Country Club Rd. and Jonestown Rd. They are all a short, easy drive to Lewisville.
Look at the Comet apartments in Bermuda Run. They are brand new
