Hard to believe another year is over. Does anyone have a favorite restaurant or store that closed down in 2022? Any new resturants/ stores that your excited about coming in 2023!? Any wish list ?!? I think all my go to restaurant spots are still in business and I am looking forward to the new Lidel they are building on Pisgah Church. As for my wish list , I hope the shops at Friendly get some new stores and some updates. The place is starting to feel and look dated. I also wish someone would create a whole new shopping/restaurant (lifestyle) destination but not sure if theres even a location here in Greensboro left to make that possible..

I’m sad that Radici and Dom’s closed down in 2022 but Dom’s is back up and running as takeout only. I hope to see them open back up fully with dine-in capacity. I’m very happy to have Romeo’s Vegan Burgers on Tate Street and I’m looking forward to Mike’s Vegan Cookout opening on Gate City Blvd. I like all the the vegan options at Parkside Pull-Up too. Did they open this year or last year? It’s all a blur.

Never herd of Parkside pull up... My friend loves Romeo's. Shes a hard one to please but that place definitely satisfies her when she's in the mood for a burger! Ohh the old Libby hill on battleground is turnimg into a Japanese bbq place. That might be interesting to try!

I was looking forward to Mike's as well, but 15 bucks for a veggie burger's pushing it. Sarah's has a great falafel wrap for half that. I like Boba House on Tate street too. In my opinion, Dom's has some serious work to do on the menu before it'll be in my rotation. Liking the looks of Parkside though.

Parkside Pull-Up is Kris from Crafted’s little burger/hot dog spot in LeBauer Park. I just like having vegan options of the simple classics, but I really like it!

Did you look at Dom’s menu recently? From what I understand the owner was pretty hands off and both chefs at Radici and Dom’s took other offers at the same time, which forced him to close. Now that Dom’s is back open it’s usually just one person working so he has a limited menu. He’s gone back so some of the classics from when it was Mozzarella Fellas, which I liked more than the other Dom’s menu. Give it a shot!

I just looked. That's what I'm talking about! I think if he duplicated this in downtown Greensboro, he'd have hit. I'd be a regular for sure. Crafted's OK, I like vegan fish tacos with sweet potato fries and a house salad. Yeah, it's good.
