the day I went there with my husb.(who is white and got a ticket),the judge was bawling out a white guy who'd been drinking and driving(as he should have).and I saw other such cases as well.no favoritism.and anybody who'd been drinking n driving went to the driving clinic,period.(and it didn't matter if they had a lawyer or not).
