luxury apartments located in the national award winning Southside neighborhood in downtown Greensboro. There are a total of eight 3-story apartment buildings. Two of them are still under construction. The last phase of the apartment complex will include a row of buildings that will have a restaurant with outdoor cafe seating, office/retail space, and possiblly a small upscale grocery store.
