My husband and i are looking to relocate possibly to the Statesville or Mocksville area. Our children are grown so schools would not be an issue. Good medical care would be.I currently work at cvs pharmacy and would need to transfer. I would like to know if there are cvs stores in these areas. My husband likes to hunt and fish so any info on these sports would also be appreciated. He also raises birds from turkeys to song birds. Wood crafting is also another hobby of his and would like to find an outlet for selling. We plan to rent for awhile but will be looking to buy eventually. Any information would be greatly appreciated.

Yes, CVS is in this area. You can go to the web site and type in a local zip code (27101), and you will be able to see the locations.

There are two major hospitals in Winston-Salem; Forsyth Medical Center and Wake Forest Baptist. There are many medical practices in the area.

I cannot be of any help with the other questions in your post. Best of luck to you!

Yes, there is certainly no lack of CVS's or Walgreens! Regarding the hunting and fishing - there are many outlets for this in NC. Many lakes to choose from, and of course you can go to the coast and do some fishing there as well. You could potentially find a house with a fishing hole on the property as well! -or acreage to hunt for that matter.
