Do any Parks in Greenville rent Mountain Bikes and have good trails or do you have to own a bike? Coming down with a friend and we are looking to go to a place like Paris Mt., Caesars Head, etc... and hopefully do some biking if we can find a place that rents them for a day.

I don't know if any of the parks you've mentioned have bike rentals; however, Check out Sunrift Adventures in Travelers Rest. It's not far from Paris Mountain and you can rent bikes and bike racks there. The deposits and rates are found here (broken link).

If you're into it there's also a difficult downhill trail in Clemson, SC. It's in Clemson University's experimental forest (whatever that is, haha). I recently went over there with a friend, I had never heard of it before. It was a little too much for me, pretty difficult.
Here's a video of the trail on youtube (not me)!
