Does anyone live or know someone who lives in an equestrian community around Greenville?? My husband & I are coming for a visit next weekend. I have seen a few online and wondering which ones we should check out. We have 3 young children, so an actual community (with great schools)is important for that reason. Our price range is around $600k. But, ideally we would like to stay under that...

Thank you in advance!

Chestnut Springs in Anderson County is one of my favorite --just off the top of my head. It's in the Wren School District which is very popular for locals as well as people re-locating to our area.

Don't know if you have checked out the Tryon/Landrum area, but it is a super equestrian community. We have purchased land and plan to build here: Traces Equestrian Community. I also know of a couple of lovely private homes for sale with barns. Do you own horses? Do you want to keep them on your property? Here is one in particular I know well: Flyer for Acreage w/House for Sale with 10 Acres by Tryon, North Carolina

Welcome to the area. We are still in NJ but counting the days till we can move down!
