Hi Tom, did you get my DM? I am surprised you have not had any responses to your question. Maybe you should repost and put the CITY you are speaking of. There could be several Cross Creek Plantations on this forum.

I was hoping someone would have some more input. I am refering to Cross Creek Plantation in Seneca, S.C.
We are scheduled to close Sept. 3rd.

Why would you want to come on an internet forum for personal opinions on a location AFTER you've put the home under contract? Are you TRYING to have buyers remorse on purpose?

You're totally correct! So in your rebuttal why are you stating that you didn't ask for my questions? It's a forum. You asked a question. I asked one. You don't have to ask for them, with all due respect. I'm curious as to why people do certain things with what usually is the biggest investment of their life. They treat it like they're buying a box of cereal. Opinions. I wouldn't gauge tens of thousands of dollars in investment on opinions. But yes it's a forum, you can do and ask what you want, well just about. And I can too.
