I recently purchased a home in Greenville. I had a wonderful experience with the perfect realtor. Even after the sale he is still helping me. If you are interested email me.

If you need a good solid real-estate lawyer, PM me. =)

Don't just use whatever lawyer the real-estate agent has. Get some facts. Look around. As the buyer, you *do* legally have a choice on who handles your closing. You can also ask the seller. Being from the area, they might be a good resource.

We bought a house this year and our realtor was Allen Tate, and we had a great experience working with them.

I highly recommend Sheri Sanders or Patricia Grissinger, they are both regular posters on the boards here, Sheri helped me purchase my home and Pat has always been a great help to me as well.

Thank you Ben. I know that Sheri thoroughly enjoyed working with you and your wife. She speaks highly of you as well. You just forgot to add where we work since it is not the company mentioned. LOL! That's ok, we really appreciate the nice comment. It's because of that we stay in the business & love helping people.

I figured they could message me or look you up if they needed to, I didn't want to seem like an advertiser
