If you find one please let me know. There used to be a great one on Augusta road but they closed down and I've been hunting for one.

Ditto. There are no REAL fish markets in western NC either.

I know there's one in Greer on Wade Hampton, but I've never bought anything there so I can't comment on quality, but I did see their board of fish available, some I'd never heard of. There's another one I've passed on Wade Hampton as well, going towards Greenville, it's on the right side, again, no idea of the name. I'm sure there must be others around.

This may be the one on WH towards Greenville, but I'm not sure:

Been to Key West Connection on Laurens while living in Greenville....was also looking for a good fish market but found their selection of seafood to be lacking. Could never find a really good fish market in Greenville so whenever I wanted to buy fresh seafood and cook it at home I went to Publix or Bloom supermarkets...both have fresh quality seafood.

Would be really great if someone would open a seafood market in Greenville (or surrounding area) that offered a large variety of fish and other seafood.

Why "Thank God" your back in NYC? I take it you didn't like Greenville.
