My wife needs a beautician who is adept at hair coloring -- highlights or foils. Any recommendations?

My stylist is great with color and foils. She is Shanna Eldridge co
owner of Rapunzel's in downtown Greer. Phone 968-0060. I always go on Saturdays and sometimes she tends to run behind but I think she is worth the wait and she is reasonably priced. My sister moved to BIrmingham AL 6 years ago and she still comes back here to Shanna to get her hair done.
