Sheri Sanders or Patricia Grissinger, they are both available here on city-data.
Sheri helped me purchase my home and Her and Pat helped me many times before and after the sale with any and all of my questions(even non real estate! lol). They are very knowledgeable about all things real estate and I consider them friends now.

Is this for short sale/foreclosure properties in specific, or just in general?

I don't see how you could possibly be a buyer agent, and not be full service. It's a lot of work. (not that I don't love it )

I can see it on the listing side, because you can just cut advertising, appointment setting, etc. On a buyer side though, I can't figure that out.

Glad everything is going smooth with your transaction though.

Connie Rice...I have used her team for buying and selling homes and have had nothing but a fantastic experience. She is also a Dave Ramsey ELP, if that means anything to you.

PM me if you want details on my broker who offered 2% rebate on my purchase. BTW, what is the 1-10 rule? I checked the forum and couldnt find it... Plugging a specific Realtor must not be it, just check posts #2, 4 and 8. Usually agents get testy when you negotiate commission, maybe thats the reason for the deletion...

I don't get testy. I just don't negotiate. You will get what you pay for. By The Way - It usually costs the Buyer nothing to have a Buyer's Agent.
