A new micro distillery, focusing on handcrafted spirits, is coming to Main Street. Don't know the opening date. Anyone have more info?

Agreed. This is taking the Main Street scene to a much more sophisticated level. Should work well with the thriving local food scene.

My husband is friends with the broker for this property and he was telling us about Dark Corner Distillery last weekend. It sounds like a really cool concept. They are definitely starting with moonshine!!!

I found the website for Dark Corner Distillery this weekend on Google at Age Verification. I would love to hear if any knows anything else about this new business.

Checked the website out and.... WOW. Seems they might be onto something really cool! Grand opening for this distillery won't be til summer, but it seems kind of cool in an "on the D-L" kind of way, and should make a nice addition to Crescent Valley & Victoria Valley vineyards already in operation in the Upstate.

Very cool for Greenville! Where is it going to be...in close proximity to Main Street? and kind of off topic, but I read that a Dean and Deluca store was coming to downtown Greenville soon...anybody know where?

That's been kind of a "rumor" for some years now.... Unless you've heard something more recently! I don't know if they still are, but I've seen Dean & Deluca products for sale at existing outlets the past few years (Stax Bakery and I believe Two Chefs downtown).

Dark Corner Distillery will be located on North Main Street, across from the Hyatt.

Unfortunately the Dean & Deluca store was only a rumor, but a local retailer on Main Street recently expanded and now sells D & D products. Postcard From Paris Design : Premier source of French antiques, contemporary furnishings, lighting, accessories,*and interior design services
